About Shubh Rental

1. Our story

Shubh Rental started with a simple problem event planners in Mumbai kept running into: the equipment for a great show — fog, lights, lasers, sound — is scattered across a dozen different vendors, and coordinating all of them for one event date is a headache nobody enjoys the week before a wedding or a show.

We built Shubh Rental to be the one call or WhatsApp message that sorts it out — a single stock of tested equipment, run from our base in Shivaji Nagar, Vakola, Santacruz East, with our own technicians delivering, setting up, and operating it on the day.

2. What we do

We rent and operate event effects and sound equipment for weddings, club nights, corporate events, and private parties across Mumbai. Our stock covers twelve equipment lines — licence-free walkie talkies, talkback systems, PA systems, fog machines, cold pyro, CO2 jet machines, low fog machines, dry ice machines, sharpy moving heads, confetti blasters, laser FX, and CO2 jet smoke machines.

Every booking includes delivery, on-site setup, and pickup. Effects equipment — fog, pyro, laser, CO2 — is always run by our own trained technician through the event, not just dropped off and left running.

3. How a booking works

• Message us on WhatsApp or call with your event date, venue, and the equipment you need.
• We confirm availability, pricing, and any advance amount for your date.
• Our team delivers and sets up ahead of your event, and our technician runs the show-critical equipment on the day.
• We pick everything up after the event — nothing left for you to arrange.
