Do I need a licence to use these walkie talkies?
No. Our handsets run on licence-free frequencies meant for short-range use, so you can rent and use them for your event or shoot without applying for any individual wireless licence.
What is the range of your walkie talkies?
In open, line-of-sight areas the range is typically up to 3-5 km. Indoors, on a studio floor, or inside a venue, expect roughly 500 metres to 1 km depending on walls and floors. Dense, multi-storey buildings reduce range further; a repeater can be arranged for large venues.
How many sets can I book at once?
We stock multiple handsets and can fulfil bulk requirements for large weddings, corporate events, and production crews. Let us know your headcount and we'll confirm availability.
What is the minimum rental period?
Half-day and full-day bookings are available for single events. For film and TV shoots that run over multiple days, we offer a discounted per-day rate.
Do you deliver to shoot locations outside the city, like Karjat or Lonavala?
Yes, we service production shoots at outdoor and farmhouse locations around Mumbai, including Karjat and Lonavala. Delivery charges beyond the city limits are confirmed at the time of booking.
Is a security deposit required?
A refundable security deposit applies to walkie talkie bookings and is returned in full once the handsets are checked back in undamaged.
What happens if a handset is lost or damaged?
Replacement or repair cost for a lost or damaged handset is adjusted against the security deposit. Normal wear from regular use is not charged.
